While I always do my best to honor requests, preferences, and notes, specific items, colors, themes, or requests cannot be guaranteed due to inventory, availability, and the mysterious nature of our curated box experience.
All Sales Are Final
Because every order is curated specifically for you, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

For our launch season, every order currently includes a FREE TikTok scoop video so you can watch the fun unfold! While I do my best to include every order, video availability may occasionally vary due to volume or technical issues.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Things She’d Love is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
Fraud Prevention
To protect our small business, all orders are documented during the scooping and packing process. Fraudulent chargebacks for delivered orders will be disputed using order records, tracking information, customization submissions, and packing documentation.
